DAY 1: ARRIVAL
You will be welcomed and picked up by our professional, talented, and experienced Focus East Africa Tour guide at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) and transported to your lodging (Masai Land Safari Lodge) for settling in and unwinding after your trip. Arusha, which is frequently referred to as the “Geneva of Africa” due to its status as the continent’s safari capital, may be the subject of a city tour if time permits in the evening. Following the city tour, you will be brought back to your lodging, where you may have dinner and rest up for the second day of your nine-day Tanzania safari tour.

DAY 2: FULL-DAY ARUSHA NATIONAL PARK
On Day 2 of your 9-day Tanzania safari tour, wake up early in the morning and have breakfast, then drive to Arusha National Park for a full-day game drive within the park with your packed lunch. Arusha National Park is one of the smallest national parks in Tanzania and home to many wildlife species such as zebras, giraffes, and waterbuck, to name a few, without forgetting many bird species, especially flamingos at Momella Lake.
Also, Arusha National Park has some undisturbed vegetation and plant species, making it one of the best safari parks in Tanzania for an authentic safari, so expect to see the real African bush. Again, depending on the weather condition, while on your game drive, expect to see the beautiful scenery of Mount Kilimanjaro, the largest mountain in Africa, and Mount Meru, the fifth largest mountain in Africa.
you will proceed with a game drive after having a picnic lunch in the bush, searching for more wildlife up to the evening, and then back to your accommodation ((Masai Land Safari Lodge) for dinner and an overnight stay while getting ready for day 3 of your 9-day Tanzania safari tour.

DAY 3: DRIVE TO TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK
After having breakfast, you will check out of your accommodation and be ready to drive into the Tarangire National Park, which is found in the northern part of Tanzania, together with your parked lunch. The drive will take approximately 3 hours, and along the way, you will see the beautiful scenery of Tanzania’s landscape and the local people as they go about their daily lives. The Tarangire National Park is known for having large herds of elephants and ancient baobab trees.
After your game drive in the Tarangire National Park, you will be driven to your accommodation for check-in, dinner, and an overnight stay while preparing for day 4 of your 9-day Tanzania safari tour. During your game drive in the national park, you will see wildlife species such as gazelles, impalas, zebras, and waterbucks, among others, as well as the various bird species for which this national park is known, and your guide will drive you to your lodge (Karatu tented lodge) for dinner and overnight.

DAY 4: DRIVE TO SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast at your lodge, you will commence your drive to one of the most famous game parks in Africa, the Serengeti, which will take approximately 5 hours. You will have lunch after checking into your lodge in the national park. You will also engage in an evening game drive to see wildlife species such as zebras, lions, buffalos, elephants, giraffes, elands, impalas, and antelopes, among others. Our dinner and overnight destination will be the Central Serengeti Bush Camp in Tanzania.

DAY 5 & 6: FULL DAY IN SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK
Breakfast will be served to you each morning at your Serengeti National Park lodge as you get ready for your early-morning wildlife drive. The national park is home to a variety of wildlife species, many of which are active in the morning and can be seen grazing there.
You will eat lunch following your morning game drive before going on another one. Enjoy keeping an eye out for various wildlife species, including elephants, giraffes, cheetahs, impalas, gazelles, buffalos, elands, antelopes, zebras, wildebeests, and hippos, that are grazing in the Serengeti National Park‘s vast grassland.
During the annual migration, millions of wildebeest call the Serengeti home, and over the vast, open plains, you can probably spot lions, cheetahs, leopards, hyenas, and many other small predators. The ideal places to see wildlife for the season will be selected by your guide. Spend some time at the hippo pool admiring these massive animals relaxing in the cool water next to the crocodiles, watching a lion stalk its victim, or being astounded by the size of the huge wildebeest migration. You’ll get the best in-game viewing when you move from the vast, open plains to the kopjes, volcanic rocky outcrops that offer safety and shelter to a diverse range of animals.

DAY 07: NGORONGORO CONSERVATION AREA
Get up early, eat breakfast at your lodge, and get ready to check out on day 7 of your nine-day Tanzania safari tour so you can travel to the Ngorongoro conservation area for a game drive. You will proceed on a wildlife drive inside the crater after entering the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where you may hope to see some of the big five animals, including lions, buffaloes, and elephants.
The Ngorongoro crater is the world’s biggest caldera that has never been inundated or fractured. The Ngorongoro Crater, which is around 20 kilometers across and 600 meters deep, is a spectacular natural phenomenon. Since almost all of the wildlife in Ngorongoro Crater resides within the crater walls, you can find it quite quickly. You will be driven to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay after your game drive outside the park.

DAY 08: LAKE MANYARA NATIONAL PARK
Wake up early in the morning at your accommodation, have breakfast, and then drive to Lake Manyara National Park for a full-day game drive with your packed lunch. Lake Manyara is a beautiful little park and is well known for its tree-climbing lions, elephants, and three species of primates, including the vervet monkey, blue monkey, and baboon.
You will have a full-day game drive within the park up until the evening, when you will be driven back to your accommodation for dinner and overnight while preparing for checking out and departure on day 9 of your 9-day Tanzania safari tour.

DAY 09: LAKE MANYARA MORNING GAME DRIVE & DEPARTURE
After breakfast at your lodge on the final day of your nine-day Tanzania safari tour, you will check out and get ready for your transfer back to Arusha. If time permits, you might have a morning game drive at Lake Manyara National Park before your flight, depending on the time of your flight. Your nine-day Tanzania safari tour will come to an end when you arrive in Arusha, where your guide will drop you off at either the Kilimanjaro International Airport or your accommodation.
