3 Days Lake Natron and Lake Eyasi Tour is a short Tanzania tribe tour that takes you to the most sought after Tanzania tribes of Hadzabe and Datoga, as well as the Maasai in the Lake Natron area. Get to live and interact with the locals, learn their way of life as well as take part in the various day-to-day activities. Detailed 3 Days Lake Natron and Lake Eyasi Tour
Day 1: Transfer to Lake Natron, Lake Natron Shores Visit
Your guide shall pick you up from your hotel of stay in Arusha, brief you about the safari and then proceed on a drive a transfer to the Lake Natron. Arrive in time at the lodge for lunch. Relax and later in the late afternoon embark on an easy guided walk to visit the Southern part of Lake Natron and explore the ecological diversity and magnificent breeding sites of flamingoes.
You shall see a variety of pink flamingoes here. During your walk, you shall also get to cross a forest where you shall get to see a number of giraffes. You shall get to enjoy wonderful sunsets at the end of the day, as you return. You shall then head to your lodge of stay for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Traditional Maasai Village Experience, Compensate Carbon Footprint, Transfer to Lake Eyasi Area
Today, you will be able to discover the traditional life of the Maasai, their culture, their traditions and visit their Bomas (grouping of huts of an extended family). You will be able to participate in the milking of animals when they come back from the pastures. Maasai women will offer you the purchase of their handmade Maasai jewellery.
Enjoy lunch and after, get to plant a tree to compensate for your Carbon Footprint. Plant a moringa tree and thereafter proceed to Lake Eyasi area. Check in at the lodge, relax as you wait for dinner and an overnight stay at Lake Eyasi Safari Lodge.

Day 3: Hadzabe and Datoga Cultural Tour, Departure
Early morning departure for a unique cultural experience with the Hadzabe and Datoga tribes.
Visit the Hadzabe community, one of the last remaining hunter-gatherer tribes in Africa. Learn about their traditional hunting techniques, gather around the campfire, and participate in activities like archery. If you arrive early enough, you can also depart with them as they are heading to hunt.
Next, visit the Datoga tribe, known for their metalworking skills. Witness traditional blacksmithing and jewelry-making techniques.
Enjoy a picnic lunch during the cultural tour, and thereafter proceed on a transfer back to Arusha, bringing your safari to an end.
