Day 1: Pick up and drive to Arusha National Park

You shall be picked up by your guide, and proceed for a transfer to Arusha National Park. different landmarks such as the Momella Lakes and Ngurdoto Crater. You will go under the Fig tree (Ficus thonningii) large enough for a Safari jeep car to pass underneath and where you may need to take photos. You shall enjoy a game drive in the park, seeing a variety of animals including the large herds of elephants, lions, giraffes, gazelles, zebras, antelopes among others; acacia trees which dot the savannah plains, among so many others. Have a picnic lunch in the park.

Enjoy yet another extensive game drive in the park, after which you shall drive back to Arusha town, check in at your lodge, and relax as you wait for dinner and an overnight stay at Masai Land Safari Lodge.

Day 2: Tarangire National Park Game Drive

Your safari guide shall pick you from the lodge after an early breakfast and with your packed lunch transfer to the park, and proceed for a full day game drive in the park. The park stretches along the banks of River Tarangire, mostly composed of low-lying hills on the Great Rift Valley floor. The parks natural vegetation is majorly composed of Acacia woodlands and giant Baobab trees, with huge swamp areas in the southern sections. Both the river and the swamps attract wildlife especially during Tanzania’s dry season.

You shall look out for herds of elephants on a game drive in the park, seeing a variety of animals including, lions, giraffes, gazelles, zebras, antelopes among others; baobab trees which dot the savannah plains, among so many others. Have a picnic lunch in the park.
