On the 2nd day of your 11 days Tanzania safari tour, after breakfast today, you set off for a full day of wildlife drives in Tarangire National Park. This is one of Tanzania’s less well-known parks, but it nonetheless exudes a true safari vibe. Beautiful, gigantic Baobab trees stand out against the hilly landscape and clear sky. See the greatest elephant population in the world. Around the Tarangire River, herds of up to 300 elephants can be seen consuming water or taking mud baths.
